Browser Compatibility

Our website can be viewed across a wide range of web browsers. The site has been optimised to provide full functionality and compatibility with Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.0 and above and Mozilla Firefox 2.0.

The site can be viewed using most other browsers with only minor issues. The website uses Microsoft Virtual Earth for mapping functionality and this is not compatible with any version of the Safari web browser for Apple Macintosh. Those browsing the site using an Apple Macintosh are recommended to use Firefox in order to view the mapping functionality used on the site.

Macromedia Flash

Our site uses Macromedia Flash technology, many web browsers (Internet Explorer, for example) install Flash Player automatically, but you may need to upgrade it from time to time as Adobe makes improvements and as websites you visit update their content. Flash Player can be downloaded from the Adobe website.

Java

Some functionality on our website such as the virtual tours requires Java Software be installed in order for your computer to run applications called "applets" that are written in the Java programming language. The required java software can be downloaded from the Java website.

JavaScript

The site is best viewed using JavaScript set to on (which is the default on all browsers).

You can reset this option in IE by going to Internet Options, Security, and lowering the security level.

To enable JavaScript in Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools, Options, Content, and select ‘Enable JavaScript’.
