Think you can't afford to buy?
You could buy 100% of your new home for just 50% of the price now*
The First Time Buyers Initiative (FTBI) aims to make more affordable homes available to First Time Buyers priced out of the property market.
It is part of the Government's HomeBuy low-cost home ownership initiative.
FTBI is a government funded scheme to help first time buyers get on to the property ladder. If you are a genuine first time buyer, with a combined household income of under £60K and in employment, you may qualify for a government loan of up to 50% of the mortgage, interest free for 3 years.
The scheme is run by the Homes & Communities Agency on participating George Wimpey developments - see below.
So, if you are struggling to climb the property ladder and think you can't afford a mortgage, think again (even if you have no deposit!).
Talk to us and see how we can help you to afford more.
FTBI in conjunction with the Homes & Communities Agency.
