About the area
Chester is a beautiful city dating back to Roman times, and lays claim to being the most preserved and complete walled city in modern Britain.
Despite its heritage, the centre offers a wealth of shopping and entertainment plus major retail parks in the near vicinity.
There are a number of schools in the area for children of all ages as well as the renowned University of Chester.
Nearby attractions include the famous Chester Zoo and there are excellent leisure facilities catering for all ages.
Shops
The city centre has a number of major retailers including Marks and Spencer, Next and WH Smiths plus many more high street names in the magnificent Grosvenor shopping centre.
The city also has a number of smaller boutiques and specialist shops and there are plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants offering refreshments for shoppers!
A short drive out of town is the Greyhound Retail Park with retailers including Argos, and Toys R Us.
There are also a number of local supermarkets in the area.
Education
Parents have a choice of schools and nurseries in the area, and there are also a number of further education establishments as well as the University of Chester making Regency Court an ideal location for families with children of all ages.

Transport
Regency Court is an ideal location for those wishing to commute locally, regionally and nationally.
The road networks allow easy access to the M53 M56 and M6 motorways and the A55 into North Wales.
Chester train station is only a short walk from Regency Court with direct trains to Liverpool taking approximately 45 minutes and to Manchester taking just over an hour.
The area is served by many local bus routes and is only a short walk from the centre of Chester.
For those wanting to travel internationally, both John Lennon Airport in Liverpool and Manchester Airport are only approximately a 40 minute drive away.
Health

Leisure
Chester has an extensive variety of leisure facilities and attractions.
Fun can be found in the city at the military museum, or a boat trip along the river. There are also many bars and restaurants to relax and enjoy time with family or friends.
The famous Chester Zoo is only a 15 minute drive or slightly further afield you can find the Blue Planet Aquarium in Ellesmere Port.
Also at Ellesmere Port is the Cheshire Oaks Outlet Shopping Village, a Cinema, Bowling alley and many eateries to enjoy.
The Northgate Arena is within walking distance from Regency Court and the city has a number of other leisure and fitness clubs open to the public with swimming pools, fitness classes sports and gym equipment catering for all ages and abilities. There are also several golf clubs in the local vicinty.
