The new housing development in Woburn Sands straddles the borders of Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire - both offering expanses of open countryside and a number of beautiful nearby woodlands to enjoy walking and cycling.
This is a small and extremely attractive market town town with a fantastic wide variety of useful and interesting shops and every day services, mainly located in the town’s High Street.

Transport
Commuters will appreciate that the M1 and A5 are within easy reach of Parklands, putting London some 60 miles away by road. Junction 13 of the Motorway can be reached by local A and B roads from Woburn Sands within 5 to 10 minutes on a good run. Again the A5 will offer the same speedy connection from Woburn Sands.
The town rail station - located just a few minutes
walk from the development - offers regular services to London and the north, while for those travelling further afield Luton Airport is some 20 miles away, travelling from the M1 J13.
A bus stop is also within walking distance, approximately 200m from the entrance to Parklands.

Premier live music venue The Stables can be found in the neighbouring village of Wavendon, less than two miles from the development,which stages regular concerts catering for every taste from pop to classical and jazz to rock.
Woburn Abbey the ancestral stately home of the Duke of Bedford, is less than four miles from the development and is also home to the award-winning Woburn Safari Park and Woburn Abbey Antiques Centre, the largest outside London.
