A big part of what attracted us to Taylor Wimpey was the incentive they offered to help us afford our first home.
Buying a property and getting married in the same year is quite a big financial outlay. We might have been able to afford to buy without Taylor Wimpey’s help, but it would have been a stretch and we probably wouldn’t have been able to get married this year and go away and have the flexibility to do other things like buy furniture. The incentive we used has given us more freedom.
Taylor Wimpey gave us a voucher which allowed us to get flooring, a washing machine and dishwasher and we chose a few other nice things. We’ve been able to have the place fitted out before we move in so we can look forward to settling in straight away when the apartment is finished.
