In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the entitlement to the benefits confirmed by this offer then our decision thereon shall be final and binding.
The offer is not valid for any purpose other than that described above. Specifically, and without prejudice to the generality of foregoing it is not valid for payment of additional works performed by us in respect of past purchase nor is it convertible into cash.
