If you have a 5% mortgage deposit, but its not enough to get a first time buyer mortgage, we can match it. With Deposit Match we could loan you up to an additional 5% of the value of your new home to match your deposit.
If you have a bigger deposit, you could get a better first time buyer mortgage rate. With Deposit Match, we can double your deposit up to 10% of the purchase price of your new home via our interest free loan for up to 10 years.
