Limited equity in your home? Buy with just 5% deposit with the Help to Buy scheme

Help to Buy is a Government backed scheme which means that you could buy a new home even if you have limited equity in your existing home. 

• You need just 5% deposit to buy a new home with Help to Buy.
• You then take out an interest free equity loan of up to 20% of the value of your new home, meaning you only need a 75% mortgage.
• Help to Buy is available to everyone - including first time buyers and people who want to move on from their existing home

Need help finding a buyer for your home?

If you are planning a move but you can't find a buyer, we could take your existing home in Part Exchange against a Taylor Wimpey new home, saving you time and estate agents fees.
