Taylor Wimpey has been awarded the maximum five star rating for customer satisfaction in an independent survey by the Home Builders’ Federation (HBF) for the second year running.

The UK-wide survey from the HBF is sent to all new home purchasers eight weeks after their moving in date, and asks them to rate their house builder on the service they received. From this, each company is awarded a star rating from one to five.

Nine out of 10 Taylor Wimpey customers said they would recommend Taylor Wimpey to a friend. This means Taylor Wimpey officially ranks as a five star builder.
