We hope that we can build you the home of your dreams. But aside from the fact that we could offer you the perfect home built in your ideal location, we’d like to think that there are some other reasons why choosing Taylor Wimpey is the right thing to do.
Here's why we think you should choose us...
We are a national housebuilder
We have hundreds of development across England, Scotland and Wales, which means we can offer you a huge choice of locations.
We build a wide range of homes, from one and two-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom detached houses. We have a broad price range and sell both private and affordable homes in a wide variety of locations. We operate from 24 regional offices located across the UK, which means that we benefit from both local knowledge and national presence.
Buying a home is one of the most important financial decisions you are ever likely to make. We understand and aim to provide you with a quality new home, as well as making the buying process as simple as possible for you - all backed up by a five star customer experience from start to finish.
Each year, the Home Builders Federation (HBF) gives home builders a star rating, based on feedback from an independent customer satisfaction survey.
We’re proud to have been awarded the maximum five stars in this survey, which means that 90% or more of Taylor Wimpey customers would recommend Taylor Wimpey to a friend.
We're dedicated to building quality new homes. It’s the core of our business, which means that we know a thing or two about it.
We use efficient, effective and consistent processes to ensure that we get the basics right. We work in partnership with our suppliers and sub-contractors, and build using carefully sourced materials. We work hard to ensure that your new home is of a high quality and is built safely, efficiently, cost effectively and with minimal impact on the environment.

All our homes come with a Taylor Wimpey warranty, which lasts for two years from the date of legal completion.
During the two years, we'll guarantee all the items supplied as part of your new home. You'll also get a ten-year NHBC structural warranty, which means that our homes can offer you a valuable added extra: peace of mind.
We have a range of Special Offers that could help you buy your new home. Whether you’re a first time buyer who wants to
buy with just 5% deposit, or you have a home to sell and you’d like us to help, we could make your life easier.
Take a look at our Special Offers or simply come and speak to one of our helpful Sales Executives at the development of your choice. They will be able to tell you how we could help you move sooner than you thought.
Once you’ve reserved a new home, you’ll get your opportunity to choose from a wide range of upgrades and optional extras.
You could choose tiles, flooring, kitchens, white goods, lighting… and many more features and fittings besides. And because we build many options in as we construct your new home, you’ll have more choices the earlier you reserve.
Your Sales Executive will tell you the options available to you at each stage. Find out more about how to personalise your home.
We contribute positively and build more than just homes in the communities that we work in.
We create jobs and provide affordable homes, as well as roads, community centres, schools, doctors’ surgeries, parks and other facilities that benefit local people across the UK. We aim to build sustainable places to live with high-quality homes, appropriate facilities and attractive environments for the people that live there.
