Say hello to the person who’s bringing your new home to life! Not long after you have reserved, your Sales Executive will arrange an appointment for you to meet your Site Manager to discuss the building of your home, and answer any questions you may have.
Before we prepare to hand the keys over to you, every home is quality checked to make sure it meets our high standards and to ensure that any options you chose when you moved in have been installed correctly.
Now it gets really exciting! Your Customer Relations Manager will contact you to arrange a visit to see your finished home and to show you how everything works. This is your chance to have a good look around ahead of move in day.
