Assistant Land Manager

Fantastic role as Assistant Land Manager and join the small land team that secures housing development sites through seeking out new opportunities, undertaking land purchase exercises and negotiating contracts for purchase..

The Role:

  • To maintain the land contact data base
  • To track land opportunities planning applications that suit the business needs
  • To approach land owners and land agents seeking
  • To provide market research on new land opportunities
  • To instruct internal and external consultants in the preparation of land bids

The Person:

At Assistant Land Manager, the desire to learn, a “can do” attitude and a desire to rise to challenges is more important that directly related experience.  However, some knowledge and interest in the development process, the housing market and the industry in general will be an advantage.

In order to be successful in this role you must be able to prove eligibility to work in the UK.
