Marketing Executive 

 

The Taylor Wimpey Sales and Marketing Team are looking for a Self-confident, resilient and energetic Marketing Executive. 

We are seeking a dynamic professional to support the Taylor Wimpey Business Unit in all areas of marketing by establishing best practice, measuring performance and providing centrally supported tools and resources.

 

The Marketing Executive has a pivotal role in the successful day to day functioning of the team, supporting their Marketing Manager on the planning, co-ordination and delivery of all facets the global marketing strategy. This role also works alongside the Digital Marketing Executive for alignment across all channels and a truly integrated campaign.

 

The Role:

  • Brief, co-ordinate and deliver bespoke development-specific collateral, both digital and printed, managing the internal approvals process

  • Act as the key point of contact for external agencies and suppliers, managing day-to-day briefs and correspondence

  • Manage the supply of relevant information and assets in order to effectively deliver marketing collateral including, but not limited to brochure content, floorplans, CGIs, scale models, photography and signage

  • Co-ordinate the production of events and exhibition collateral for TWCL and associated selling agents, in the UK and overseas

  • Deliver TWCL brand marketing collateral

  • Support the effective use of the sales and marketing budget, maintaining development marketing expenditure records

  • Provide administration support to the Marketing manager, including PO and invoice management

  • Supporting the maintenance of all TWCL marketing and communications channels, owned and third party, such as website, portals and social platforms

  • Assist in regular data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness

  • Monitor key trends and activities within the property, development and marketing sectors

 

The Person:

 

  • Communication: ability to work in close partnership with the wider marketing team, providing clear and regular updates, insights and reporting

  • Project management: good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines

  • Attention to detail: excellent proofing skills and strong track record for delivering accurate, on-brand content

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint

  • Editing and writing: ability to devise and edit content for various marcomms platforms
