Taylor Wimpey is committed to attracting talent and developing skilled trades people via its Apprenticeship Programme. In addition to formal learning conducted either at college or in one of our site-based purpose-built learning rooms, you will develop trade skills by working closely with one of our master craftsmen. This will give you the ability to “earn whilst you learn”.
- Trade apprenticeships last between 2 to 3 years in England and 4 years in Scotland.
- The majority of time is spent working with the production teams on site.
- You will be supported by a mentor while working with experienced trades people.
- You will gain formal qualifications through either a day or block release programme.
