Our strategy

We have aligned our central customer proposition and these five components of strategy with key performance indicators to allow us to measure our progress and provide transparency and accountability for our stakeholders.

Medium term goals and 2021 priorities

Our medium terms goals cover performance over the five years since the launch of our current strategy, from 2018 to 2023.

We outlined our priorities for the current year at the reporting of the 2020 full year results:

  • Margin delivery: optimisation of selling price and an enhanced cost mindset
  • Bringing through new land acquisitions for volume growth in 2023/24
  • Delivering customer service and consistently great build quality
  • Building on our strengths in Social and Governance areas and new Environmental strategy
