    “ We were really impressed by Regent’s Place and were attracted to the ‘Ashton’ as we wanted a bigger place that was good value for money.

    “The best aspects of the house are the top floor which is dedicated to the spacious master bedroom and the driveway, which is absolutely massive. It’s really attractive and provides enough space for both my van and Sharon’s car. The other two bedrooms are a good size as well, and they’re really handy for when we have guests staying over.

    “We’re very happy with the location of the house within the development – we could not have picked a nicer cul-de-sac, so we’re extremely pleased with our decision. The neighbours have been fantastic. 

    “The staff in the sales office were great and so friendly throughout the whole process, and they were a big help in finding the right property for us. 

    “The entire buying process was very straightforward and we were kept well informed of what was happening throughout by Taylor Wimpey. It’s brilliant to have bought a house that has given us more for our money.

    “We really like how well placed the development is for us, as there are lots of good amenities close by like shops and restaurants. 

    “I own a catering business based in London, but I am often travelling all over, so I feel like I’m in a really good position in order to do that. Sharon is the manager of a betting shop in Potters Bar which is about a 40-minute drive away, but we’re close to the M1 and the A5 so she’s happy with the commute. We’re also near both Luton and Milton Keynes, which we visited the other day as it’s great for shopping.
