Stotfold is a charming small town in Bedfordshire, with the River Ivel running through it. The town has many historic features including St. Mary’s Church, the oldest surviving building in Stotfold and the popular Stotfold Watermill, the only working mill left in the town.

Stotfold town centre offers a number of shops including a supermarket with post office, bakery, pharmacy and pubs around the town. Travelling is easy with Arlesey train station just under 2 miles away offering quick links to London Kings Cross.

This is one of just a few homes that is still eligible for the current Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme, which is open to both first time buyers and existing homeowners and means you'll need just 5% deposit to buy a new home.
