Local Contributions

We will be providing substantial contributions to the local community during the course of the overall Spencers Wood and Three Mile Cross development. These are committed within the Section 106 Agreement which we have entered into with Wokingham Borough Council and include contributions towards the Eastern Relief Road, additional bus services, primary and secondary education, allotments, sports and leisure provision, and junction improvements.
