    About the area

    Distinct brick and tile architecture and pleasing avenues make this a picturesque neighbourhood. Improved garage sizes and careful attention to car parking with the aim of clear streets allows trees and traditional landscaped front gardens to take front stage. Local High Wycombe, surrounded by the rolling hills of the Chilterns, is only 1.5 miles away. Historically a place of industry ranging from lace and linen, to paper making and chair furniture, now it’s a 21st century town with excellent retail areas such as the new Eden Shopping Centre and outlying supermarkets such as Asda, Sainsbury’s, and Waitrose opening in March 2016.     There is a broad selection of schooling locally with a wide choice of primary, secondary and independent schools in the area, together with Buckinghamshire New University with its cutting edge architecture. Pleasant walks and parks such as Rye park with its outdoor swimming pool, the Rye Lido, provide a pleasant alternative to the bustle of town life. The High Wycombe Leisure Centre with its Olympic-size swimming pool has gym classes and many other activities. Football is played at Adams Park stadium, and nearby clubs such as fl ying schools provide interesting alternatives to leisure time.

    Pine Trees is located just off the M40 with access only 1.6 miles away. The area is highly desirable for commuters as it is just 29 miles from the centre of London. High Wycombe station is less than 1.5 miles away and Heathrow is an easy drive of 21 miles.

    From M40 junction 4 – join the A404 towards High Wycombe/Marlow. Continue on the A404 and drive towards High Wycombe. At the roundabout, exit onto Marlow Hill/A404. Following the A404 for half a mile, turn right onto Daws Hill Lane and the development will be on your left.
