    About the area

Football is played at Adams Park stadium, and nearby clubs such as fl ying schools provide interesting alternatives to leisure time.

    Pine Trees is located just off the M40 with access only 1.6 miles away. The area is highly desirable for commuters as it is just 29 miles from the centre of London. High Wycombe station is less than 1.5 miles away and Heathrow is an easy drive of 21 miles.

    From M40 junction 4 – join the A404 towards High Wycombe/Marlow. Continue on the A404 and drive towards High Wycombe. At the roundabout, exit onto Marlow Hill/A404. Following the A404 for half a mile, turn right onto Daws Hill Lane and the development will be on your left.
