        PATHFINDERS SCHOOL

        With a new town comprising 10,000 homes new schools will be built to provide education for young families. Varsity Grange is located next to the first Primary school built in Northstowe, The Pathfinders Primary School, which is due to open for its first term in September 2017. In 2019 an academy school will open offering secondary school education with 600 initial student spaces eventually expanding to 1,800 pupils.  

        Travel

        Northstowe is a great town for commuters with the Guided Busway going between Huntington and Cambridge along with Longstanton Park & Ride routes to St Ives. For those on the road, the town will have a new access road joining on to the A14 providing you with convenient access to the A1 to Peterborough and the South via the M11.

        Did you know you could personalise your new home even before you move in?

        Once you've reserved, your Sales Executive will arrange a Choices and Options Meeting, where you’ll get your opportunity to choose from a wide range of upgrades and optional extras.

        You could choose tiles, flooring, kitchens, white goods, lighting… and many more features and fittings besides. And because we build many options in as we construct your new home, you’ll have more choices the earlier you reserve. Your Sales Executive will tell you the options available to you at each stage.

        Once you've chosen your optional extras, you can discuss the different ways you could pay for them with your Sales Executive. Then all that’s left for you to do is to move into your new home with everything already installed and working!

        The Government backed Help to Buy scheme is available here. The scheme is open to both first time buyers and home movers alike, and means you'll need just 5% deposit to buy a new home.
