All nominations will need to be received by Friday 20th August and only one email per person will be counted. The group, organisation or individual with the most nominations will be awarded the £500 donation.

Fletchers Fund - Making memories charity donation


We have donated £250 to Fletcher’s Fund, a local charity which helps families to make precious memories with their seriously ill children to help purchase some prizes for a fund-raising event to help the charity continue their fantastic work.


Founded in 2017 in memory of Fletcher Fisher, who sadly lost his battle with cancer at the age of 23 months, the charity helps families by providing grants and materials to play teams who work across several Paediatric Oncology Wards.


Fletcher’s Fund is a fantastic and worthwhile charity that makes a real difference to the lives of families with poorly children. We couldn’t think of a more deserving cause to support.

Help to Buy: Equity Loan


This is one of just a few homes that is still eligible for the current Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme, which is open to both first time buyers and existing homeowners and means you'll need just 5% deposit to buy a new home. From April 2021, the price cap for Help to Buy will depend on the area you live in, and the scheme will be offered exclusively to first time buyers. Find out more here.
