    From the M5 come off at Junction 27 taking the first exit on to the A361. Continue along this road past the first turning to Tiverton. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Bolham Road, when you reach the next roundabout; take the 2nd exit onto Kennedy Way. At the third roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Leat Street.     Following the A39 take the 1st exit onto Eastern Avenue. At the roundabout take the A361 towards Tiverton, Continue along the A361 until you reach the third roundabout signed to Tiverton, take the 3rd exit onto Bolham Road, as you reach the next roundabout; take the 2nd exit onto Kennedy Way. At the third roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Leat Street. Continue along Leat Street, which turns into Rackenford Road. Rackenford Meadow is on your right.
