    From Exeter or Taunton

    From the M5 come off at Junction 27 taking the first exit on to the A361. Continue along this road past the first turning to Tiverton. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Bolham Road, when you reach the next roundabout; take the 2nd exit onto Kennedy Way. At the third roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Leat Street. Continue along Leat Street, which turns into Rackenford Road. Rackenford Meadow is on your right.

    From Barnstaple

    Following the A39 take the 1st exit onto Eastern Avenue. At the roundabout take the A361 towards Tiverton, Continue along the A361 until you reach the third roundabout signed to Tiverton, take the 3rd exit onto Bolham Road, as you reach the next roundabout; take the 2nd exit onto Kennedy Way. At the third roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Leat Street. Continue along Leat Street, which turns into Rackenford Road. Rackenford Meadow is on your right.

    Scores of happy homeowners have found their dream home at our Rackenford Meadow development in Tiverton. The development has evolved from a planning drawing into a thriving new community where more than 90% of the new homes have now been sold, but there is still time for you to find their perfect plot and become part of the site’s journey.

    Detailed planning permission for 259 new homes off Rackenford Road was granted in January 2015 but the site, which was named after the land on which it was built, had long been considered for housing in several versions of the North Devon Local Plan. With the backing of North Devon Council’s planning committee, we began work in the spring of 2015 and the first residents moved into their new homes in time for Christmas that year.

    The new community, close to Tiverton’s excellent shops, facilities and schools, has proven popular with a range of buyers, from young couples searching for their first home to growing families in need of extra space. To ensure both new and existing Tiverton residents benefit from the development we have made regular contributions to the local community, including recent donations to Heathcoat Cricket Club, Heathcoat Primary School and the Mid Devon Show. The development also includes 65 affordable homes managed by Spectrum Housing.

    If you want to join Tiverton’s newest community you can still choose from a number of new homes, including the three-bedroom Ashton, four-bedroom Midford and six-bedroom Kennilworth housetypes.
