    From the North:
    Follow the A22 through Lower Dicker and take the third exit on the Boship roundabout continuing onto the A22.

    The Grange is about 1.5 miles from the centre of Hailsham, a charming East Sussex market town.Today it is a bustling town with all the amenities you need for everyday life. 
    There is a Waitrose and a Tesco, and plenty of high street shops in the middle of town. For young families, Hailsham has several Primary and Secondary schools. 
    Getting out and about is simple with easy access to the A22 or the nearest train station, Polegate is just 2.8 miles from the development.

    It is ideally situated for ease of access to many of the larger towns of Sussex and the south coast, with their more extensive shopping centres and entertainment facilities, being centrally located within the Eastbourne/Hastings/Tunbridge Wells triangle. It is also within easy reach of airports, Channel ferry terminals, the Channel Tunnel and London.
    Whilst being largely rural in character, Hailsham can still boast a variety of local and national shops, several supermarkets, a cinema, and leisure centre with swimming pool. 
    Most of the major banks and building societies have premises in the town centre, and facilities for most popular sporting activities (whether participating or spectating) are available. Hailsham also accommodates the home ground of a senior County league football club.
