New homes in Stone Cross

Honeysett Gardens is a stunning development of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, located just outside the East Sussex village of Stone Cross.

With a range of different housing designs, Honeysett Gardens will have a distinct character and, in time, residents of the new community will be able to enjoy two children's play areas, a football pitch, a community orchard and other areas of green open space.

Honeysett Gardens is a short distance away from the village of Stone Cross where a range of small local shops, the famous Stone Cross windmill and pick-your-own fruit farms can be found. A larger selection of amenities, including high street shops, restaurants and Treasure Island Adventure Park, can be found just a short distance away in the seaside town of Eastbourne.

Families moving to Honeysett Gardens will find that there are a number of primary schools in the local area including Stone Cross School and Pevensey & Westham C of E Primary School, both of which have a good Ofsted rating. Highly regarded St Catherine's Collage is also located just a couple of miles away from the development.

Commuters will find connections to Brighton and Hastings via the A27 which is under two miles from the development. Pevensey Bay train station is a short distance away and provides regular journeys to London Victoria and Eastbourne.

Our funding will be used to improve the facilities and infrastructure in the local area and could go towards health care, public transport, educational facilities, open space and recreation or local highways.
