New homes in Stone Cross

Honeysett Gardens is a development of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes located just outside of the quaint village of Stone Cross in East Sussex. With a host of brand new facilities planned, including a children’s play area and football pitch, as well as areas of open space and a community orchard, Honeysett Gardens will be an exciting new community.

With a variety of small local shops and amenities to be found a short distance away in Stone Cross, plus a choice of primary and secondary schools nearby, Honeysett Gardens is the perfect place for young couples, growing families and downsizers to call home.

A new community at Honeysett Gardens will soon start to flourish as we look forward to welcoming the first new residents. Stone Cross Memorial Hall is a short walk away from the development where there is a range of local groups, including arts and crafts and sports activities, you can join and meet new neighbours.

With a variety of different housing designs, Honeysett Gardens will have a distinct character. With spacious layouts and plenty of room to relax, the homes are well suited to modern lifestyles.

Green open spaces

As well as enjoying the green open spaces at the development, residents at Honeysett Gardens can recharge by visiting Adur Park. Just a short distance away, the park has plenty of walks and cycle routes, linking to the nearby Shinewater Lake, perfect for exercising outdoors.

Community benefits

A house is more than just a home, it’s also about the community that surrounds it. That’s why we’re invested in building communities that support local businesses, provide much needed facilities for the area and bring people together.

To support the growing community in Stone Cross, we’ll be contributing over £1million in Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) to Wealden District Council. Although Wealden District Council will decide how this funding is spent, the money could be used towards health care, public transport, educational facilities, open space and recreation or local highways improvements.
