    Leave the M60 at junction 23, joining the A635 towards
    Ashton-under-Lyne. Follow the road for approximately
    0.8 miles, then bear right, remaining on the A635.
    Follow the road for approximatley 0.6 miles, then at the
    roundabout take your second exit onto Mossley Road.
    Follow Mossley Road for approximately 1 mile (turning
