Well-connected Bolton is between the beautiful, dramatic West Pennine Moors and the exciting northern capital of Manchester, but it’s also a handsome, historic town in its own right with – according to a recent survey – the friendliest people in Britain.

Bolton’s shopping centres, markets, pubs, restaurants, theatres, museum and art gallery and leisure facilities are all easily accessible and attract people from miles around.
Tourism has an important role in Bolton’s economy too, with visitor attractions including early 16th-century manor house Hall i' th' Wood, the even older Smithills Hall on the moors above Bolton and the unique Bolton Steam Museum.  Even Bolton’s magnificent town hall is Grade II listed.

Schools include the independent Bolton School, founded in 1524, and a host of strong state schools including the dynamic Bolton Sixth Form College.

    From the M66

Leave the M66 at junction 2, joining the A58 heading

6 miles, turning right at the traffic lights onto Crompton
Way. Follow the road for approximately 1.5 miles and
you will see Spinning Green on your left hand side.

    From the M61

Leave the M61 at junction 6, joining the A6027 heading
east towards Horwich & Bolton. Go straight over the
first roundabout, and take the 2nd exit at the next
roundabout, joining the A673 towards Bolton. Follow
the road for approximately 1.6 miles, then turn left at
the traffic lights joining the A58. Follow the road for
approximately 3.8 miles, going through one roundabout,
and you will see Spinning Green on your right hand side.

    Help to Buy

The Government backed Help to Buy scheme is available here. The scheme is open to both first time buyers and home movers alike, and means you'll need just 5% deposit to buy a new home.

With Help to Buy, the Government will lend you up to 20% of the value of your new build home via an equity loan. You will need to secure up to a 75% mortgage and put down a 5% deposit. You’ll own 100% of your home from day one.

Help to Buy is also available in conjunction with our easymover scheme, which means we could help you sell your existing home and pay your estate agent fees. Find out more about how the Help to Buy scheme works.

    Easymover

Easymover is available here, which means you could reserve a new Taylor Wimpey home at this development - even if you haven't sold your existing property.

And that's not all. With easymover, we'll make your house move as stress free as possible. We'll liaise with your estate agent on your behalf, we'll pay their fees and we'll manage the whole house selling process - making your life so much easier! Take a look at our easymover page for more information.

Terms and conditions apply to the Easymover scheme.
