    From the A580 (westbound)

    Leave the A580 and join the A579 (signposted Leigh). Continue along the A579 for approximately 1.8 miles, going straight on at one roundabout. At the second roundabout take your first exit, turning left onto the A578/Twist Lane. Continue for approximately 0.7 miles, and follow the road as it turns left onto Plank Lane. Drive for approximately 0.6 miles and you will arrive at the Pennington Wharf development.

    From the A580 (eastbound)

    Leave the A580 and join Stone Cross Lane North (turning left at The Stonecross pub), then take your third exit at the roundabout, remaining on Stone Cross Lane North. Continue along the road for approximately 0.6 miles, then at the traffic lights go straight over onto Slag Lane. Continue along the road for approximately 1.8 miles, going over the canal bridge, and you will arrive at the Pennington Wharf development.
