By providing a range of different homes and new public space for residents we hope to improve and extend the already thriving and sustainable community at Middleton, catering to all stages of life.
A home is more than just a house, it’s also about the community that surrounds it. And that’s why we’re invested in building communities that support local businesses, provide much needed facilities for the area and bring people together. Taylor Wimpey has previously contributed the following to the community in Middleton; £16,500 to a cycle lane, £204,000 to sports & recreation facilities, over £1 million towards education and £7,000 dippy on tour local sponsorship.
From our West Hollinsfield development, we’ll be contributing £474,482 towards affordable housing.
Taylor Wimpey is proudly one of the leading sponsors of Dippy on Tour, which was in Rochdale town centre from the 10th February 2020. Dippy is the Natural History Museum's iconic Diplodocus, the tour focused on an education programme around sustainability, biodiversity and innovation.
