Leave the M62 at junction 20, and take the A627 (signposted Rochdale). When the road splits, stay in the right lane, and then turn right taking the A664 (signposted Todmorden). At the next roundabout, take the 1nd exit onto Queensway/A664. Continue for approximately 0.8 miles, then turn right onto Oldham Road/A671. Continue for approximately half a mile, then turn left onto Broad Lane. Follow the road for approximately 0.7 miles, turning right at the mini roundabout, and you will arrive at Pennine Gate on your right hand side.
