First Time Buyers move into their dream home at Saxon Heights

Leaving their rented accommodation in Slough, Agata and Pawel, along with their seven-year-old daughter, decided to purchase a 2-bedroom apartment in Maple Rise at Saxon Heights. The stylish two-bedroom apartment is designed with modern living in mind and features an open plan kitchen/living/dining area, which gives the family plenty of space to entertain. 

The family were looking for a home that was within their price range and were delighted when they found that they could afford to move to Saxon Heights. Using the Government-backed scheme, Help to Buy, allowed them to reserve the apartment with a deposit as low as 5%. Pawel said: “As first time buyers, we expected the process to be difficult, but with the help and guidance of the sales team at Saxon Heights we received our mortgage offer just over a month after looking at the apartment.”
