Taylor Wimpey has achieved planning permission for 300 new homes, a care home and a livery on land off Rownhams Lane in Rownhams, Southampton.

Broadleaf Park will comprise a selection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes in a range of styles and sizes to meet growing demand for high-quality, new-build homes in the region.

The planning permission includes the provision of land for a new 60 unit care home, a livery comprising of stables for up to 30 horses and menage, and significant areas of open space (1.4 hectares) in addition to a 12.2 hectare SANGS area.

Under our proposals, 40% of the new homes will be provided as affordable housing.

The development will boast 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom properties.

We believe our proposal will carry wider benefits to the community of Rownhams beyond the provision of much-needed new homes.

These benefits have been secured by way of a section 106 legal agreement and include financial contributions to be made for the benefit of the local community, including:
