Coming soon

Burridge Green is part of the Whiteley Meadows community, nestled in a rural location but with easy access to entertainment, shopping, local sports clubs and other regional attractions. The new development is close to Portsmouth, Southampton and the market town of Fareham. Commuters have easy access to major road and bus routes, while Swanwick railway station offers services into London and the surrounding areas. For families, Whiteley's Meadowside Leisure Centre offers fitness and gym facilities, as well as classes for little ones. Yacht and boat clubs are also available on the nearby River Hamble.

We anticipate opening our sales information centre in spring 2020.  As we get closer to the launch of the development, we want to provide you with some useful information.  To find out more about how to buy a brand new home at Burridge Green, click this link.

Burridge Green is a superb collection of modern luxury homes that form part of the new sustainable Whiteley Meadows community.  Based on the edge of Burridge and to the north of the charming village of Whiteley, Burridge Green offers easy access to great local amenities including two primary schools, a secondary school, shops, open spaces and community facilities.

Taylor Wimpey is part of the 3,500 new homes on the North Whiteley development, alongside Crest Nicholson, Bovis Homes and JGP Lakedale.

Work has commenced on site in relation to the forthcoming show homes and construction of 91 new homes by Taylor Wimpey.

North Whiteley will not only provide a collection of homes, but a host of facilities including two primary schools, a secondary school, two neighbourhood centres with space for shops, a wealth of open space and community amenities.

The proposed development site is shown within the red line on the image below.

Work has commenced on the Taylor Wimpey parcel and first occupations are anticipated late Summer 2020.
