    As a considerate, responsible housebuilder, we feel it is very important to support the communities in which we build our high-quality new homes.

    We are therefore pleased to announce that our significant financial contributions towards the local community, agreed as part of the approved planning permission, will include:

    • Community Infrastructure Levy contributions of more than £860,000 towards local infrastructure
