A house is more than just a home, it’s also about the community that surrounds it. That’s why we’re invested in building communities that support local businesses, provide much needed facilities for the area and bring people together.

To support the growing community in Ashford, we, and Persimmon Homes, our development partners at Bridgefield, will be providing over £6million to Ashford Borough Council and Kent County Council towards local infrastructure improvements. £2.3million is allocated to primary education and includes funding for a new primary school site at Court Lodge in Kingsnorth, while another £1.5million will go to local secondary education. A further £269,000 will be used towards the expansion of Kingsnorth Medical Practice and £676,895 to the provision and maintenance of a 3G outdoor sports pitch at the Finberry Hub. Over £100,000 will be used to carry out improvement works to the Romney Marsh roundabout and over £260,000 is allocated to improvement works to Junction 10A of the M20.
