Driving directions to the development:

 

From the north-west, leave the M20 at Junction 10 and take the A292/A2070 exit towards Ashford. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Hythe Road/A20 and follow the road for approximately five miles before reaching Ashford Road.

 

From the south-east, leave the M20 at Junction 11 and take the exit signposted Hythe (A261). Follow the A20 for approximately three miles to Sellindge via Newingreen, before reaching Ashford Road.
