    From the M6 :
    Leave at junction 31, take the A59 exit to Preston (C)/Blackburn (N)/Clitheroe.  At the roundabout take the exit onto Preston New Road/A59 heading towards Clitheroe/Blackburn/A677.  At the traffic lights turn left towards Clitheroe on Whalley Road/A59.  Continue for approximately 12 miles, going straight through 4 roundabouts.  At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A671.  Continue for 1.6 miles, then turn left onto Greenacre Street.  Drive for 0.3 miles, then at the crossroads turn left onto Henthorn Road.  Follow the road for just over half a mile and you will see the Ribble Meadows development on your right hand side.

    From the M65 :
    Leave at junction 8, take the A56/A6068 exit to M66/Bury/Manchester/Clitheroe.  At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A6068.  Continue for 1.7 miles, then turn left onto Whalley Road/A671 and follow the road for approximately 4.5 miles.  At the roundabout take the second exit onto the A59.  Continue through the first roundabout, then at the second roundabout take the first exit onto the A671.  Drive for 1.6 miles, then turn left onto Greenacre Street.  Drive for 0.3 miles, then at the crossroads turn left onto Henthorn Road.  Follow the road for just over half a mile and you will see the Ribble Meadows development on your right hand side.
