Taylor Wimpey Manchester is pleased to announce that its new development in Rossendale will soon be opening its doors to homebuyers across Lancashire.

Woodside has been designed to provide a range of two - to four-bedroom homes in keeping with the character of the local area.

Chloe Dunn, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Manchester, said: “Thanks to its great location just down the road from the historic town of Burnley, nestled in the Valley of Rossendale, we have already received a huge amount of interest in Woodside.

Facilities around Rossendale will benefit from a boost in funding thanks to Taylor Wimpey. As part of planning, the housebuilder has promised to put a total of £400,000 into improving the community around the new development, which will eventually comprise 97 new homes.
