Taylor Wimpey has been granted a resolution for outline planning for our masterplan for a new residential development on land East of Mere Road and West of Sleaford Road, Branston, Lincolnshire.

    We will provide a number of contributions towards the local community as part of the proposed development. Details of these contributions have now been agreed with North Kesteven District Council and will include.

    • £589,000 Contributions for Education for new primary or secondary needs
    • £54,825 Contributions for local healthcare
    • £43,500 financial contribution towards traffic signal controls on Sleaford Road and Silver Street
    • Financial contributions for off site public open space improvements within the Parish of Branston and Mere
    • Off site highway improvements to Sleaford Road with a new Bus stop, Ghost Island, Pedestrian Island on the B1188
    • New Footpath improvements on Mere Road
    • Provision of a new community facility
    • New Public Open Space on the development
