Follow the road until you see a sign for Swanton Morley (B1147). Branch left onto the B1147, then turn left onto Mattishall Road signposted B1147. Follow the road for approximately half a mile, then turn right onto Norwich Road, signposted Norwich (A47). Once on Norwich Road, the development is located on the left-hand side of the road next to Dereham Town Football Club.

    From Swaffam (A47) - From the eastbound A47 Norwich by-pass take the B1147 exit onto Norwich Road. Once on the Norwich Road the development is located on the right-hand side of the road to Dereham Town Football Club.
