    Shopping and entertainment

Burton Latimer offers a choice of shops and a supermarket, along with traditional pubs, bars, restaurants and takeaways, as well as a medical centre, a library and a post office.

A multi-screen cinema and further shops and restaurants are also within easy reach at the nearby out-of-town business park, Pegasus Court.

Wider leisure and shopping opportunities can be found three miles away in Kettering, where Wicksteed Park is a major family attraction, and in Wellingborough, whose golf course is only a couple of miles from home.

The big county town of Northampton is just 15 miles away, with attractions ranging from its internationally-known rugby team, to its 800-year-old Market Square.

The town has a selection of day nurseries and primary schools, while The Latimer Arts College, to the north of the town, provides education for secondary age pupils and is rated ‘good’ by Ofsted.

    Transport links

For commuters, the development is close to the A6 for quick links to the A14, which provides easy access east to East Anglia, the A1(M) and the M11 and west to the M1 and M6.

Kettering railway station is just three miles away, for direct services south to London St Pancras International in an hour, north to Leicester, Derby, Nottingham and Sheffield, and also to East Midlands and Luton airports.
