Homebuyers are seizing the chance to purchase their perfect property at Great Western Park.
The combination of the development’s fantastic location and impressive new-build designs has meant that customers have been moving quickly to secure their favourite homes – with 80% of the plots available this year already sold and a few forward-looking purchasers already reserving properties for 2018.
Interest continues to run high – in particular, 12 apartments have been sold in just seven weeks across Great Western Park.
The good news for property-seekers hoping to make Great Western Park their home is that there’s still a superb selection of two, four and five houses and one and two-bedroom apartments available to reserve, with full details available from the Sales Executives.
Meet the team
We have experienced teams working at each of our phases of development at Great Western Park – each building high-quality new homes and providing exceptional customer service.
Ensuring every new home meets the highest standards of construction are our dedicated Site Managers: Matt (Sapphire Fields), Mark (Brunel Rise), Richard (Poppy Fields), Gemma (St Peter’sMeadows) and Waine (Churchouse Court).
Meanwhile, our friendly Sales Executives are helping customers find their perfect match at Great Western Park.
We have Janet, Anna, and Donna on hand at Sapphire Fields and Churchouse Court, whilst Lauren, Melissa and Alex work together at both Brunel Rise and Poppy Fields. Between them, they’ve clocked up over 10 years’ service with Taylor Wimpey, while Lauren won best newcomer within Taylor Wimpey in 2015.
Prospective purchasers can be sure of a warm welcome at all Sales Information Centre’s, where the teams are on hand to help them every step of the home buying process, from the moment they first visit the development until the day they move in, and beyond.
The Sales Executives can provide all the information customers need to know about the various incentives on offer to make moving even easier and more affordable, as well as the range of interior Options available to help personalise a new home.
We’re proud to support local people
Yan Anderson and Ryan Clarke, who both live at Great Western Park, along with their friend Grace Grant-Adamson, took part in the four-day Scumrun Car Rally across Europe this May, raising money for Together for Short Lives.
The charity provides support for children who are affected by life-limiting and terminal illnesses, as well as their families, and we were happy to donate £750 towards the group’s fund raising total.
Yan and Ryan met in 2011 when they both moved into Taylor Wimpey’s Great Western Park. The two friends credit the tight-knit community spirit of the development for their close bond.
Yan says: “My wife and I met Ryan and his wife Bonnie when we moved into our homes at Great Western Park a few years ago – we all became great friends. We all enjoy the warm community atmosphere there where everyone is really friendly – so it really does mean a lot that Taylor Wimpey has donated towards our fundraising target.”
