We’re proud to support local people

    Yan IMG_0720
Yan Anderson and Ryan Clarke, who both live at Great Western Park, along with their friend Grace Grant-Adamson, took part in the four-day Scumrun Car Rally across Europe this May, raising money for Together for Short Lives.

The charity provides support for children who are affected by life-limiting and terminal illnesses, as well as their families, and we were happy to donate £750 towards the group’s fund raising total.

Yan and Ryan met in 2011 when they both moved into Taylor Wimpey’s Great Western Park. The two friends credit the tight-knit community spirit of the development for their close bond.

Yan says: “My wife and I met Ryan and his wife Bonnie when we moved into our homes at Great Western Park a few years ago – we all became great friends. We all enjoy the warm community atmosphere there where everyone is really friendly – so it really does mean a lot that Taylor Wimpey has donated towards our fundraising target.”
