    Keen golfers will appreciate that Shifnal Golf Club, with its Regency-style
    clubhouse, is one of the best golf courses in the county, and was the venue
    for the PGA Midland Championships 2015.
    Telford is just four miles to the west, putting a wealth of additional shopping,
    leisure and entertainment opportunities within easy reach, including more
    than 160 stores as well as Oakengates Theatre, Telford Ice Rink and Telford
    Snowboard and Ski Centre.

    Scarlett Oaks is well situated for easy access to well-regarded schools for
    children of all ages.
    St Andrew’s CE Primary School is located very close to the new homes, off
    Park Lane, and was rated ‘good’ at its most recent Ofsted inspection, as
    were Shifnal Primary School and Idsall School for secondary-age students.

    Shifnal railway station is just over half a mile from Scarlett Oaks, so is ideal
    for commuters looking to take advantage of regular, direct services to
    Birmingham New Street, Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury.
    Meanwhile, Junction 4 of the M54 is just two miles away for access to Telford
    and Shrewsbury, while Junction 3 is four miles from home for quick links east
