Our vision is for a new community with easy access into Lichfield and the surrounding countryside.

Adjoining the proposed development of 475 new homes would be the new Deanslade Countryside Park, covering an area of about 16 hectares. This will protect the green belt to the south of the city and provide a new, large recreational area easily accessible to residents of the new development as well as the wider community.

Our proposal also includes a site for a new primary school and provision of further recreation and open space areas.
