There are also direct lines to Aldershot, Reading, Gatwick Airport via Dorking and Redhill and alternative London routes which pass though Cobham and Stoke D'Abernon and Epsom. For journeys further afield, Heathrow, Airport is just 22 miles from your door, while Gatwick Airport is 35 miles away.

    Taylor Wimpey shall contribute the following:

    Environmental Improvements:

    A sum of £40,000 will be payable to Guildford Borough Council for improving the environment for the immediate vicinity. A further £250,000 will go towards off site recreational facilities in accordance with the adopted Open Space Supplementary Planning Guidance.

    Highway improvements:

    Taylor Wimpey will contribute £46,000 to Guildford Borough Council for highway improvements. This shall be used to improve the access to Guildford Station and the town centre.
