We are proud to support Surrey Wildlife Trust

We are pleased to announce that Surrey Wildlife Trust are the first winners of the recently launched donation box scheme at Beldam Bridge Gardens. The monthly charitable initiative invites visitors and residents to the development in to vote for one of three local good causes to receive £250 in funding.

Surrey Wildlife Trust works together with landowners, public bodies, communities, schools and individuals to restore large swathes of habitat across Surrey. The charity’s extensive work includes, wildlife conservation, organising events for families and children, and regular campaigns to push for increased protection of wildlife.

Tania Ord-Smith, Corporate Development Officer at Surrey Wildlife Trust, said: “We are delighted to receive this donation from Taylor Wimpey and we’d like to thank all those visitors to the Beldam Bridge Gardens development who voted for us. Surrey’s nature is struggling, with over a third of our wildlife either extinct or under serious threat, so there has never been a better time to support our work and activities and we are extremely grateful for this fantastic donation.”
