Within close proximity of the properties to buy in Warwickshire there’s also a host of clubs and societies offering opportunities to get involved in village life including an active youth club with its own skatepark and canoe section.

With so much on the doorstep of Taylor Wimpey’s new property for sale in Warwickshire, Avon Meadows is the perfect place to call home.

        Transport

Meanwhile, the new properties in Warwickshire enjoy excellent road connections across the region, with the towns of Alcester, Evesham and Stratford-upon-Avon all within six miles for a choice of well-regarded secondary schools and a superb selection of shopping, leisure and entertainment opportunities.

        Leisure

Big Meadow is a popular village attraction close to the new homes in Warwickshire that is perfect for riverside picnics, and includes a children’s play area and sports facilities, while relaxing walks can be taken along the river. The village is the crossroads of two long distance footpaths, the Heart of England Way and Shakespeare’s Avon Way.

Nearby Stratford-upon-Avon is the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home to the internationally acclaimed Royal Shakespeare Theatre complex. This world-renowned tourist destination effortlessly combines the traditional and the contemporary, with quaint tearooms, galleries, antiques shops, designer boutiques, department stores and high street stores occupying its pretty timber-framed buildings.

      • Personalise your home

        Style your new home

Did you know you could personalise your new home even before you move in?

Once you've reserved, your Sales Executive will arrange a Choices and Options Meeting, where you’ll get your opportunity to choose from a wide range of upgrades and optional extras.

You could choose tiles, flooring, kitchens, white goods, lighting… and many more features and fittings besides. And because we build many options in as we construct your new home, you’ll have more choices the earlier you reserve. Your Sales Executive will tell you the options available to you at each stage.

Once you've chosen your optional extras, you can discuss the different ways you could pay for them with your Sales Executive. Then all that’s left for you to do is to move into your new home with everything already installed and working!
