Taylor Wimpey’s Butterfield Gardens development brings benefits for the community

    New for September 2015

As part of the ongoing works at this thriving new community in the Leicester Road area of Rugby, there's a brand new selection of stores opening this September. There's a number of highstreet favourites, in addition to a brand new Marks and Spencers, and Debenhams being located just a short distance from the development. You really won't have to go far for all your everyday needs and even for those special treats.

Taylor Wimpey’s Butterfield Gardens development brings benefits for the community

As part of the Butterfield Gardens development in Rugby, we are investing more than £865,000 in local community facilities.

As well as delivering 188 high-quality homes at Butterfield Gardens, we are committed to supporting the communities in which we build. As part of that commitment, we are pledging £684,347 towards education provision, £62,000 towards public transport and £32,388 towards library facilities.

There will also be a contribution of £43,056 towards the Black Path footbridge, £24,729 towards open space, £12,117 towards highways improvements and £6,889 towards riverside enhancement.

In addition, a proportion of the new homes we are building at this exciting new development will be made available as affordable housing for local people, while public open space and children’s play facilities will also be provided for both new residents of Butterfield Gardens and existing local residents.
