    The Redwoods provides the perfect new home for Natasha & Nigel!

    Natasha Bailey and Nigel Bazeley were quick off the mark when they made the decision to move to The Redwoods.

    The Redwoods - Case Study FEB17

    They were renting nearby when they decided to purchase their first home together, following the news that they were soon to be expecting their first child!

    They reserved their three-bedroom ‘Ardingham’ in July 2016 – with their new baby daughter being born just a few weeks later – and both Natasha and Nigel are looking forward to the big move very soon.

    Natasha (29) says: “The development is less than a mile away from where we currently live. It’s really close to Warwick town centre too, so as soon as we heard about it we knew we wanted to reserve a home there.

    “We heard that the plots were flying off the shelves so once we saw the Sales Centre pop up, we rushed over to put our names against our preferred houses.

    “We were so lucky to secure the ‘Ardingham’ – which was our first choice as it came detached with a private drive and garage. We also liked the location on the edge of the development as it feels quite private and we are overlooking the established trees and greenery.”

    This is the first time the pair has ever purchased a new-build home together, with Natasha having renovated older properties in the past. She adds: “Due to our circumstances, the ease of buying new really appealed to us. We both wanted something we could move into without having to do any extra work. 

    “We both really liked the layout of homes at The Redwoods, and there are only a few properties of each design type making every home feel individual. We love the brickwork and obviously the parking and garage are going to come in handy!”

    The couple used the Help to Buy scheme to purchase their dream home. Natasha adds: “The whole process seemed to go by really quickly, but we were kept up to date at every stage and everything was explained to us clearly. I’d definitely recommend Help to Buy to anyone looking for a new home.

    “We can’t wait to move in, we’ve been really lucky to secure our favourite plot for our new family!”
